Retry Embedder Endpoint
Retry building a failed embedder.
Attempts to reinitialize an embedder that previously failed to build. This is useful when the underlying service (e.g., OpenAI API, AWS Bedrock) was temporarily unavailable during initial startup or configuration.
The retry clears any previous error state and attempts a fresh build. If successful, the embedder becomes available for use immediately.
The response indicates the result:
success: true, status: ready: Embedder is now availablesuccess: false, status: failed: Still failing (check error field)
Returns 404 if the embedder is not configured.
